If you suffer from chronic pain, or if you have experienced a traumatic event that affects your body and impacts your daily life — I offer personal online sessions.
These sessions can be described as mindfulness through gentle movement. With my guidance, you will develop awareness, release pain, build new trust in your body, and learn to heal yourself.
I am a Feldenkrais and Developmental therapist with 30 years of experience. I am also a certified mental and spiritual coach — a guide and companion in processes of growing and healing.
